Join me, Melissa, in helping you rediscover your center. The aim of this ancient yoga is to balance our internal system through relaxation, posture, and breathwork. Class begins with a standing series that helps develop skeletal alignment and warms up the body. We then flow into the Tri-Dosha Balancing Series, on the mat. The Tri-Dosha is a gentle series that cultures subconscious meditation, body intuition, flexibility, strength, and increased lung capacity and efficiency. As you relax, your subconscious systems take over and you optimize your health and heal in a very positive way. In the time together, you can relax, let go, and connect and honor your sacred self.
