'Where to start with describing my experience with Melissa... I loved every session we have done, all different and all very powerful. Her approach is so real and genuine, honest and connected. Through our sessions my self-love grew and it's such an amazing feeling to truly love yourself. It's a work in progress but to get a deep feeling of it and a taster makes you just want more and more. I think she felt what way to approach me and what I was ready for, slowly introduced new things and new ideas. It has opened up my curiosity to explore a more spiritual level of myself and the world. Maybe the most important thing I learned is that I am not just one thing, I am all different parts of myself. One not better or worse than the other. Also certain feelings of anger and shame from the past that no longer serve me, and why they served me back then and the value of them.
